How to be Happy

Health   Money   Don’t lose your temper — happiness becomes less   Don’t allow people to put a gun on your shoulder  Must have a hobby — recreation/singing/reading/dancing/writing  Companion  Meditation — for introspection  Never hate anybody

Everyone wants to be happy in their life. But we focus on other people’s lives and become unhappy. What can be done so we will be on track to becoming happy most of the time in our day?

I came across Khushawant Singh’s article in the speaking tree and noted down bullet points from it. Sharing those with you. :)
